Since our inception, we have been committed to providing free, quality primary healthcare to underserved communities. Rooted in compassion and innovation, our journey has been about creating accessible, impactful solutions for community well-being.

Our Beginning: Samuel Huntington Balm of Gilead Health Centre, Gbagada

In February 2023, we proudly launched our very first free primary health centre—the Samuel Huntington Balm of Gilead Health Centre in Gbagada. From the very start, the centre quickly became a beacon of hope, receiving an average of 700 patients per month. We deliberately capped our patient intake to 300 per month to ensure that each person receives focused, comprehensive care while keeping our services sustainable. The community's overwhelming response reinforced our belief in the importance of accessible healthcare.

Expanding Our Reach: New Centres in Jakande and Oworoshoki

Building on the success of our Gbagada centre, we expanded our reach by launching the Balm of Gilead Health Centre in Jakande in September 2024. This new centre furthered our commitment to bridging the healthcare gap in communities that need it most. We designed the Jakande centre with the same patient-centric approach, tailoring our services to address local healthcare challenges with innovative and accessible solutions.

Then, in November 2024, we took another step forward by establishing the Safe City Health Centre in Oworoshoki. This centre not only broadened access to primary care but also allowed us to introduce additional programs focused on preventive care and community health education. The launch in Oworoshoki was a significant milestone, as it strengthened our network of centres that collectively form a robust safety net for the community.

Looking Ahead: Our Next Chapter

Our dedication to expanding our services continues unabated. We are excited to announce that we have a fourth location in view, with plans to launch in the third quarter of 2025. This upcoming centre promises to extend our reach even further, addressing growing needs and ensuring that more individuals have access to essential medical services free of charge.
